When you submit the Executive Fit Briefing form, we collect the information you provide: your name, role, organization, work email, country, decision type and description, financial materiality range, decision deadline, decision stage, primary concern, and authority to engage. We also record the timestamp of your consent and standard technical metadata (UTM parameters, referring page, browser language).
Do not submit confidential, regulated, personal or customer information through the briefing form. This form is for qualification purposes only and is not a secure channel for sensitive documents.
We use the information you provide to evaluate whether your request is a fit for an Executive Fit Briefing or another ARCHAI engagement, to route your request internally, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
We calculate an internal priority score to help our team respond efficiently. This score is used only to prioritize outreach and is never disclosed to you and never used to make a legally consequential decision about you.
We track anonymous page and button interaction events (for example, that the briefing page was viewed or a button was clicked). We never send names, email addresses, organization names, decision descriptions, or financial materiality to analytics.
