HUMAN RESOURCES · TALENT DOT

Find talent.
Bring the evidence.

A hiring mission that turns scattered applications and professional profiles into a reviewable shortlist. Talent DOT prepares the evidence. Your team decides who moves forward.

For talent acquisition teams, HR leaders and hiring managers.

TALENT DOT / MISSION DESIGNEVIDENCE FIRST

Define the role

A hiring manager documents the capabilities, evidence requirements and review criteria before sourcing begins.

One accountable mission

Start with one role and defined criteria.

Evidence you can inspect

Sources, uncertainties and interview checks.

Human hiring authority

Your team approves the next step.

THE HIRING PROBLEM

More profiles do not make a clearer decision.

A strong hiring conversation needs more than a polished CV. It needs relevant evidence, consistent criteria and a clear explanation of what still needs to be checked.

01

From scattered profiles to context

Organize applications and authorized professional sources around the role you actually need to fill.

02

From impressions to evidence

Show which experience and work samples support a requirement, and which claims need verification.

03

From a list to a reviewable brief

Give hiring managers a structured basis for interviews, with questions tied to each candidate’s evidence.

Professional context, with boundaries

Relevant public portfolios and professional contributions can inform review. Private accounts, sensitive personal traits and unrelated personal activity are outside this mission.

Criteria before comparison

Requirements are documented before reviewing candidates. A lack of social media presence is not grounds for exclusion.

People retain hiring authority

Your team validates sources, considers corrections and decides on interviews and offers. Talent DOT supports that review.

BEFORE YOU START

Clear scope. Accountable decisions.

Does Talent DOT decide whom to hire?

No. It supports sourcing, organizes job-related evidence and prepares review material. Your talent team and hiring manager validate the evidence and retain hiring authority.

Which social profiles can be reviewed?

Authorized, relevant professional information such as public portfolios, projects and professional contributions. Private account access, sensitive personal profiling and unrelated personal activity are outside the scope. Missing social media presence is not penalized.

Does the assessment include a working deployment?

The assessment defines the mission, readiness and recommended next step. A pilot tests an agreed workflow. Production integrations and broader implementation require a separately agreed scope.

Are all three levels included in one purchase?

No. Assessment, Pilot and Recurring are separate choices. Select the intended offer in Groove and review the billing details. Any later transition is agreed separately.

Can this connect to our ATS?

Possible integration needs are evaluated during scoping. Access, technical feasibility, licensing, permissions and integration work must be agreed; this page does not imply a live connection to your systems.
